At the Morgan Wallen Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 7-10 business days.
